Aspen Street Venture – Construction Manager - $65 Million project – Owner’s rep for the construction of a high end multi-family project which includes all horizontal and vertical construction of a total of 14 luxury townhomes and 16 affordable housing units in the City of Aspen. Oversee daily operations of the General Contractor, including review of all subcontract agreements, bonding requirements, schedule management, pay applications, and customer relations. SGM – Joined SGM to augment the existing Construction Services division to include comprehensive construction management. Work with public and private sectors on various projects from conception through design and construction. Work included management of the renovation of the entire 7,400 sq. ft. main level of the SGM building for the building owners. 2015 to 2017
Iron Mountain Hot Springs – $6 million project, 10 months. Contracted to manage all phases of horizontal and vertical construction of the project including roads, utilities, mechanical, geothermal systems, pools and buildings. 2014-2015
Ehlers Residence – 7,200 sq. ft. custom home, Glenwood Springs, CO. Located on challenging mountainside site. High-end finishes, 12 month schedule, $1 million plus budget.
Satank Bridge – Historic restoration for the State of Colorado and Garfield County. Duties include pre-construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, sub-contract negotiations, permitting, architectural interface, safety, reporting and reconstruction of the bridge. Project completed on time and on budget.
Spec House – 0676 Westbank Rd., Glenwood Springs, CO. Designed, built, marketed and sold a 3,250 sq. ft. custom home. Completed on schedule and within budget.
Gould Residence – 7,300 sq. ft. custom home, Glenwood Springs, CO. Roaring Fork River frontage home with extensive site work, high-end finishes, high tech home theater and state of the art hybrid HVAC & security systems. Completed in 12 months.
Director of Development: 2001-2003
Ironbridge Golf & Community – Owner’s Representative for Lehman Brothers. $42 million project. Responsible for all phases of horizontal, vertical and golf course construction. Full charge Construction Manager with duties including budgeting, job cost accounting, reporting, sub-contract negotiations and contracting. Primary interface with Roaring Fork Water and Sanitation District, Garfield County Building and Planning, Garfield County Road and Bridge. Established and managed office staff, procedures and facilities.
Senior Project Manager: 2000 - 2001
Gould Construction Company - Managed the Ironbridge Golf and Community project. $11 million contract including golf course mass excavation, and construction of phase one, 82 lots, of the sub-division. Work included grading, shallow utilities, deep utilities, a 300,000 gallon pre-stressed concrete water tank, curb, gutter and road construction. Project also included the design and construction of the CDOT intersection at Highway 82 and CR 154.
Senior Project Manager, Regional Vice President: 1995 - 2000
Norris and Associates – General contractor specializing in custom homes and golf course facilities. Full charge project manager. Managed construction of 21 custom homes, Aspen Glen Clubhouse, Aspen Glen maintenance facilities and sales office. Responsible for estimating and job cost accounting of all projects. Interface with clients, architects, and interior designers. Worked on site with a varying staff of up to five superintendents. Negotiated home purchase contracts, sub-contracts and material acquisitions.
